Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Reception is open 24 hours, so you can arrive late in the evening.
At check-in
Please bring a passport or ID card for each adult guest. Payment for extras can be made by card or cash.
Early or late?
Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability. Just let us know.

About an hour from Yerevan with free parking on site. Ask us about a transfer from Yerevan or the airport.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. We confirm the cancellation conditions together with your booking. If you need to change your dates, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included with every room. It is served as a buffet in our restaurant from 09:00 to 11:00.
How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel is in Aragats village near Aparan, about an hour’s drive north of Yerevan. There is free parking on site, and we can arrange a transfer from Yerevan or Zvartnots Airport on request.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. To confirm a booking made online we ask for a deposit of 10,000 AMD. The booking page shows how to pay it.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept cards and cash at the hotel. Online payments are handled securely by our booking system.
Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome. Children under 6 stay free; from 6 years a child rate applies. A baby cot is available in the Suite. Extra beds are not available. We have a playground in the garden, children’s meals and games.
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
Pets are not allowed. The hotel is non-smoking; you are welcome to smoke outside.
Is the hotel open all year?
Yes. Aragats Hotel is open all year round, and reception is open 24 hours a day.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
